Refund policy

Merch (printed goods)
We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging — and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us via the contact page. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, the return address, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or wrong. Every item is printed on demand; if the print is flawed, we make it right at no cost.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want: request a return for the item you have, and once it's accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Digital products (books and downloads)
Digital purchases are delivered instantly and include lifetime updates, so sales of digital goods are final once the download has been accessed. If something is genuinely broken — a corrupted file, a course that won't run as described — contact us within 7 days and we'll fix it or make it right.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your merchandise ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, under the conditions above. For digital products, by purchasing a download for immediate delivery you agree to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)).

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and tell you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card companies can take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us via the contact page.
