Production: your item is printed and packed in 2–5 business days.

Shipping: after production, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days in the United States, and 7–14 business days internationally. A typical US order arrives 5–12 business days after checkout.

Tracking: you'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Digital products (books and downloads) are delivered instantly at checkout and by email — nothing ships.
